JEZARA INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & RETURN POLICY

1. Third-Party Courier Services

All international shipments are handled by independent third-party courier companies. Transportation, customs clearance and delivery are managed by the courier and the authorities of the destination country.

2. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Import duties, VAT, brokerage fees and all government-imposed charges are not included unless specifically stated. These charges are solely the customer’s responsibility.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers must comply with the import regulations of the destination country and complete all customs formalities required for delivery.

4. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes or other government charges, the customer is responsible for all return freight, customs handling, storage, disposal and related costs.

5. Return to Sender (RTS)

If a shipment is returned because of customer refusal, an incorrect address, recipient unavailability or failure to complete customs clearance, all return charges shall be borne by the customer. Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed only after deducting the applicable charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

JEZARA is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, import restrictions, government actions, additional duties, taxes or decisions made by third-party courier partners beyond our control.

7. Acceptance

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
