JEZARA Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the JEZARA Affiliate Program (the "Program"), run by Ruval Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, with its registered office at 1st Floor, Bhagavan Nagar Society, A-10, Vraj Chowk Rd, opp. Vrajbhumi Parking, above Trishiv Chinese Corner, Bhagavan Nagar, Sarthana Jakat Naka, Bhagawan Nagar Scoiety, Nana Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006 ("JEZARA", "we", "us"). By submitting the application form, ticking the agreement boxes, or using a referral link given to you, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Affiliate ID: the unique identifier JEZARA gives you after approval.

• Referral Link: the unique link JEZARA gives you to share with your audience.

• Qualifying Order: an order that is attributed to you under Section 5, is delivered, and is not cancelled, returned, refused or reversed.

• Order Value: the overall value of the order as paid by the customer, including shipping charges and taxes.

• Return Window: the period after delivery during which a customer can return a product, currently 15 days.

3. Eligibility and Approval

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India.

3.2 You must have an active public profile on at least one social media platform, a blog or a similar channel, and give us accurate details about it.

3.3 Applying does not guarantee approval. JEZARA may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and is not required to give a reason.

3.4 Your account becomes active only when JEZARA confirms approval and gives you an Affiliate ID.

4. Your Link and Dashboard

4.1 After approval you will receive a Referral Link. It is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold or shared with others for use.

4.2 You may be given access to an affiliate dashboard showing your clicks, attributed orders and commission. You must keep your login details private and are responsible for activity on your account.

4.3 The dashboard shows limited order information only (such as a masked order number, date, amount and status). You will not receive customer names, phone numbers, addresses or other personal data.

5. How Orders Are Attributed to You

5.1 An order is attributed to you when a customer reaches the JEZARA website through your Referral Link and places the order within 30 days of that click.

5.2 If a customer clicks more than one affiliate's link, the last eligible click before purchase receives the credit.

5.3 Tracking depends on the customer's browser, device and privacy settings. JEZARA does not guarantee that every sale influenced by you will be tracked, for example when a customer switches devices or clears cookies.

5.4 JEZARA's own records are the final basis for deciding whether an order is attributed to you.

6. Commission

6.1 JEZARA will pay you a flat commission of 2% of the Order Value of each Qualifying Order. This rate is the same for all affiliates unless JEZARA agrees a different rate with you in writing for a specific campaign.

6.2 Example: if a Qualifying Order has an Order Value of Rs. 1,000, your commission is Rs. 20.

6.3 No commission is payable on:

• orders that are cancelled, returned, refused on delivery, or returned to origin (RTO);

• orders that are refunded in full or in part (commission is reduced in proportion to the refund);

• orders placed by you, your family or anyone acting for you (self-orders);

• orders found to be fake, duplicate, fraudulent or placed in breach of these Terms;

• bulk or wholesale orders, unless JEZARA agrees otherwise in writing.

6.4 Commission is treated as pending until the order is delivered and the Return Window has ended. It then becomes eligible for payment.

6.5 If commission has already been paid on an order that is later returned, refunded or found to be invalid, JEZARA may deduct that amount from your future payouts or ask you to repay it.

7. Payment

7.1 Eligible commission is paid every 30 days, to the bank account or UPI ID you give us.

7.2 A minimum balance of Rs. 1,000 is required for payout. If your eligible commission is below this, it carries forward to the next payout.

7.3 Before the first payout you must provide the details JEZARA reasonably requires, such as your PAN, bank or UPI details, and (if applicable) GST registration. JEZARA may withhold payment until these are complete.

7.4 JEZARA will deduct tax at source (TDS) and any other deduction required by Indian law. If you are GST-registered and required to charge GST, you must send a valid invoice. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

7.5 If there is a dispute about a payment, you must tell us in writing within 30 days of the payout date or the date it should have been paid.

8. Rules for Promoting JEZARA

8.1 Disclosure. You must clearly say that your content is sponsored or that you earn from purchases, using a clear label such as #ad, #collab or "affiliate link", placed where viewers will see it. You must follow the advertising and influencer disclosure rules that apply in India.

8.2 Honest claims. You must not make false or misleading statements about JEZARA or its products. In particular, you must not claim that a product cures, treats or prevents any medical condition, or promise specific results, unless JEZARA has approved the claim in writing.

8.3 Approved materials. Use only product names, images, videos and brand guidelines supplied or approved by JEZARA. You must not alter the JEZARA logo or present yourself as an employee or official representative of JEZARA.

8.4 Not allowed. You must not:

• place orders for yourself, or arrange fake or duplicate orders, to earn commission;

• use paid advertising that targets JEZARA's brand name, or bid on keywords containing JEZARA;

• create fake websites, fake social media pages or impersonation accounts;

• send spam, or promote through unsolicited bulk messages;

• post your Referral Link on public deal or cashback websites without written permission;

• promote JEZARA alongside illegal, hateful, adult or otherwise harmful content;

• use bots, scripts or any automated method to create clicks or orders;

• collect or ask customers for their personal data on behalf of JEZARA.

8.5 JEZARA may ask you to remove or correct any content that breaks these Terms, and you must do so promptly.

9. Fraud, Suspension and Reversal

9.1 JEZARA monitors orders and may review any order for signs of fraud or breach of these Terms.

9.2 If JEZARA reasonably suspects a breach, it may hold commission, reverse commission already credited, suspend your account, or end your participation, with or without notice.

9.3 Commission linked to fraudulent or invalid orders will not be paid, and JEZARA may recover amounts already paid.

9.4 JEZARA's decision on fraud and eligibility is final, subject to your right to raise a dispute under Section 7.5.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 JEZARA's names, logos, product images and content remain the property of JEZARA. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use approved materials only to promote JEZARA under these Terms.

10.2 You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting it, you give JEZARA permission to reshare it on our own channels with credit to you, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

10.3 This permission ends when you leave the Program, except for content you have already posted, which you may leave online.

11. Privacy and Customer Data

11.1 Customers who buy through your link are JEZARA's customers. You have no right to their personal data.

11.2 JEZARA will use the personal information you give us (such as contact, bank and tax details) only to run the Program, make payments and meet legal requirements, and will handle it in line with its Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection law.

11.3 JEZARA uses cookies and similar tools to track referrals. By taking part, you understand that customers' tracking depends on their consent and settings.

12. Independent Relationship

12.1 You are an independent promoter. Nothing in these Terms makes you an employee, agent, partner or joint venture partner of JEZARA.

12.2 You are not allowed to sign contracts, make promises or incur costs in JEZARA's name.

12.3 You are responsible for your own costs of creating and promoting content.

13. Confidentiality

You must keep confidential any non-public information JEZARA shares with you, such as upcoming launches, campaign plans, internal pricing and commission arrangements with other affiliates, until JEZARA makes it public.

14. Changes to the Program and These Terms

14.1 JEZARA may change these Terms, the commission rate, the payout rules or the Program itself at any time. For changes to the commission rate or payout rules, we will give you at least 15 days' notice by email, WhatsApp or the dashboard.

14.2 Changes apply to orders placed after the new Terms take effect. If you continue to take part after that date, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you may leave the Program.

15. Ending Your Participation

15.1 You may leave the Program at any time by writing to us at jezara.affiliate@gmail.com.

15.2 JEZARA may end the Program or your participation at any time, with or without a reason, by giving notice. If we end your participation because of a breach of these Terms, Section 9 applies.

15.3 After your participation ends, you must stop using your Referral Link and JEZARA materials. Eligible commission on Qualifying Orders attributed to you before the end date will still be paid, after the usual checks, unless you are in breach.

16. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

16.1 The Program is provided "as is". JEZARA does not guarantee any level of traffic, sales, earnings or continuity of the Program.

16.2 To the extent allowed by law, JEZARA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from your participation, including tracking failures or technical problems.

16.3 JEZARA's total liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the commission that is eligible and unpaid to you at the time of the claim.

16.4 You agree to be responsible for, and to cover JEZARA against, claims and losses caused by your content or by your breach of these Terms or the law.

17. General

17.1 These Terms, together with your application and any written campaign agreement, are the whole agreement between you and JEZARA about the Program.

17.2 If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

17.3 JEZARA's failure to enforce a term at any time does not mean it gives up that right.

17.4 You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith by both sides. If it is not settled within 30 days, it will be decided by the courts at Surat, India.

Acceptance

By ticking the agreement boxes on the application form, the Affiliate confirms that they are 18 or older, have given accurate details, and have read and agree to these Terms.
